While the New York Yankees would of been celebrating after clinching their first World Series appearance since 2003 on Sunday night, the focus will now be switching to Wednesday night, as they prepare to take on defending champions Philadelphia.
As reported from Mister-Baseball, the Yankees sealed their participation at the showpiece World Series after recording a 5-2 win over Los Angeles Angels.

It will be hard to believe that the Yankees haven’t been at the World Series for six years, but have the chance to really have a crack at the tournament this year, against the mighty Phillies.
All games will be televised on both ESPN and Fox, with the first game starting Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 7:57 p.m. at Yankee Stadium.
Head over to Mister-Baseball, where you’ll find the full schedule between the two teams.
