Winter Olympics to interrupt final season of Lost

The Winter Olympic games in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, will put on hold the final chapter of the sci-fi television series Lost. The games will cut into the sixth season, and Lost will take a break and resume the season in early March.

No official broadcast dates have yet been announced, and even though the games will be screened on NBC, series show runner Cartlon Cuse has revealed to IGN, that ABC will take a time out during the Winter Olympics after the first few episodes, which are scheduled to begin in January.

The 2010 Winter Olympics will be the third Olympics hosted by Canada. Eighty-six winter sports events have been announced as part of the 2010 Winter Olympics. However if you’re a Lost fan you will not be interested in those statistics.
