Pedro Martinez and Don Zimmer: Six years later

It’s been six years since the silly fight broke out between pitcher Pedro Martinez and 60-something year old New York Yankees bench coach Don Zimmer, but it appears that six years later, the immature battle is still going on.

According to gather.com, Martinez has had a few things to say about the incident recently, as well as talking about how the New York media treat him. Martinez says, they always claim that he is the man that everyone loves to hate.

When speaking about the infamous 2003 fight, Pedro claims that Zimmer was trying to punch him in the mouth and he had said a few bad words about his mother. That is when Martinez says that he had to react and defend himself.
