Ever since quarterback Brett Favre made his return to American football, he has been proving just how good he still is. And he proved himself again yesterday, in the game between the Minnesota Vikings and his previous team, the Green Bay Packers.
According to guardian.co.uk, on his return to Lambeau Field, 40-year old Brett managed to throw four touchdown passes, taking his team to a 38-26 victory over the Green Bay Packers and making it his 21st recorded four-touchdown game of his career.
When Brett entered onto the field, he was greeted by a chorus of boos from his former Packers’ fans. Some Packers fans even burnt replicas of his old Green Bay Packers jersey, while a plane circled above trailing a banner that said “Retire4Good.”
