Jedward lice hits X-Factor 2009 house

Jedward mania has been spreading like wildfire over the last few weeks, the nation is divided, you either love them or loathe them, but it also seems that the X Factor house is starting to go the latter too.

John and Edward, who have performed a word-forgetting ‘We Will Rock You’ and an embarrassing version of ‘Oops I Did It Again’, have apparently spread an outbreak of head lice throughout the X Factor house according to an insider.

Apparently the itching started just before Saturday’s show, now whether or not this is a practical joke played by the mischievous boys, or is the real thing is to be seen. ‘The contestants reckon their quiffs are so greasy and long anything could grow in them,’ the insider said.

Contestants Olly Murs and Stacey Soloman sounded the alarm when they complained of itching before the show.
