Jon Gosselin on the road to redemption

Reality TV star Jon Gosselin is really trying to make amends for his previous actions. And it appears that he feels the need to openly discuss it as well. This became apparent during a public speech on Sunday night, with celebrity Rabbi Shmuley Boteach.

According to people.com, it was during the public speech, that Jon claimed that he thinks he is just misunderstood. 32-year old Jon then went on to say that he is not a fame seeker and said that every day he looks in the mirror, and wonders why he is famous.

Jon then went on to discuss the reasons for his marriage break-up and how he became intoxicated with being a celebrity. He then openly admitted, that he knows that he shouldn’t have actually done half the stuff he did, but says that he did it anyway.

And part of his road to redemption, includes apologizing to his ex-wife Kate. Jon says that he wants to apologize to her, for openly having relationships in the media spotlight. He knows it was very wrong of him and says that he definitely regrets doing it.
