Game 4 of the 2009 World Series was played yesterday and it looks like it was yet another victory for the New York Yankees, when they beat the Philadelphia Phillies 7-4. This now gives the Yankees a 3-1 lead over the Phillies in this year’s World Series.
And according to kansascity.com, it may well be a game that baseball fans will be talking about for a while. And Johnny Damon was part of the reason for this, when he managed to steal two bases in one pitch after noticing that nobody was covering third.

Could the Yankees’ 3-1 lead mean that they could be crowned the 2009 World Series champions? We just don’t know as anything could happen. Out of the 40 teams that have won game 4 and taken a 3-1 World Series lead, 34 have gone on to win.
