David Haye vs. Nikolai Valuev: Big fight this Saturday

We are now just days away from the eagerly anticipated heavyweight showdown between David Haye and WBA Champion Nikolai Valuev – a match which has been billed ‘David Vs Goliath’.

As reported from the Daily Mail, Haye and 7ft 2″ Valuev met face to face for the first time since Haye begun his barrage of insults towards the Russian, with many people divided on whether Haye has taken things too far.

At the event, Haye continued his fearless stance against the Russian, who opted to remain largely silent, in response to all the comments aimed against him by Haye.

Instead Valuev’s promoter Wilfried Sauerland, decided to speak out on Valuev’s behalf, insisting that Haye will be made to pay for his actions in the buildup to the fight.

I am undecided on this one. I would like Haye to win, but I believe he is going to find it very difficult to break down the Russian’s resistance.
