NCIS Season 7: Episode 6 ‘Outlaws and In-Laws’ Recap

If any of you just happened to miss Tuesday night’s episode of “NCIS,” which was called “Outlaws and In-Laws,” then we have a quick recap for you. And it seems as though the focus on Tuesday’s episode, was on Gibbs’ mentor Mike Franks.

Two dead bodies were somehow discovered on Gibbs’ boat and the evidence not only showed that they had been dead for at least three days, but it also showed that the bodies may have been dragged to the boat. And they seemed to have been shot.

It turns out, that the two dead guys that were discovered on Gibbs’ boat were hired by Franks’ daughter-in-law’s family to find her. We then discovered that the family apparently disowned Layla, after she got pregnant by Franks’ son Liam.
