Sandra Bullock Custody Battle For Stepdaughter: Update

Actress Sandra Bullock is in the middle of a custody battle of Janine Lindemulder’s five-year-old child. The child’s father is Jesse James, who is now married to Bullock. Both James and Bullock say that she is an unfair mother and often falls asleep after a series of drug binges; this is according to a report in The Daily Mail.

Janine is known in the adult movie industry and has made more than 100 movies; she has now begun to fight back over the claims, which we mentioned in a recent post. Janine has now attacked Bullock for trying to take her child from her.

Sandra Bullock Custody Battle For Stepdaughter: Update

When Janine Lindemulder was asked about the custody battle, she said, “What would give her the right to take away my daughter.” Bullock has had to write a long application in order to go ahead with the custody, she wrote, “While in Janine’s care, sometimes Sunny is left alone during the day, while her mother is asleep from drug use.” For more information on this, visit The Daily Mail.

The only thing Sandra can do is be a witness to her husband’s claims that Janine is an unfit mother. Even if he got sole custody, the mother would be allowed at least supervised visitation. This process requires evidence such as non involved character witnesses to behavior and events, cps/police reports, and child therapist recommendations-if the child has been traumatized by neglect. If and I mean IF a judge terminates the rights of the mother, then Sandra can persue a step parent adoption. I don’t think a judge would go that far yet-I think first, one would put the mother on a tight leash with the court and cps and if she fails all avenues given to her to prove she’s a good parent and her rights are terminated-then Sandra can proceed with her own custody issues. Good luck to Jesse and Sandra, I know how difficult this is for them.
