If you were to have a conversation with Mexican American comedian and actor George Lopez, you would realize that he really wants to make television history. And according to dallasnews.com, George is already assured of that.
After all, when his new “Lopez Tonight” talk show premieres on Monday on TBS, he will actually be the very first Hispanic performer to star in a major English-language late-night TV talk show. But it appears that he wants something else.
George recently said “They think I’m fighting over the ‘Tonight Show’ audience, but I’m not.” He then went on to say that his challenge is to get people watching TBS at 11pm. His first guest will be Kobe Bryant and Eva Longoria Parker.
