X-Factor 2009: Olly Murs vs. Jedward

It seems strange to be writing this post, but it seems that the British public either love the twins, or as I believe are putting up two fingers to Simon Cowell and voting for the Irish pair.

X Factor judge Cowell has backed Essex boy Olly to go all the way after admitting “If the twins win, that would be a major upset”. So Simon if you don’t think Jamie will win why not let him go on tour with Bon jovi? Simon went on to say “I’m going to put my name on the line and say that Olly should be in the final and he deserves to win.”

Tonight’s show see’s Olly going into the competition against favorites The Twins but Simon backs Olly, who will tonight sing ‘Twist and Shout’ from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, composed by the Beatles.
“He is consistently good, he has a wonderful personality and I genuinely believe in him.
