Levi Johnston Suing Bristol Palin For Joint Custody of Son

Levi Johnston, who many of you will know is the man who almost became Sarah Palin’s son-in-law and is the father of her grandson, has recently decided to pursue legal action to gain joint custody of his son with Bristol Palin.

According to reports from people.com, 19-year old Johnston is seeking joint custody at the end of this month, because he claims that the Palin family is allegedly making it very hard for him to see his 10-month old son Tripp.

When speaking in a recent interview, Johnston, who can soon be seen in Playgirl, said “It’s not working. I’m done.” He then went on to say that they had finally pushed him over the edge and it is going to have to go to court.
