Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2: Your Review

Yesterday, we posted an article which told guests that they could see a review for Call of Duty: MW2 on the IGN website which was let’s say, inaccurate. It was in fact a ‘hands on approach’ of the new gameplay experience called ‘Spec Ops’.
But the real reason for this post is not to moan about past faults for which I apologise, but to ask you, the gamers what you think of one of the most eagerly anticipated games of the year. Christmas has come early, and many of you have already filled your stockings with a game that is surely going to blow everything else out of the battlefield this year.
So, what do you make of the game? Is it everything you expected and more? What is the new Spec Ops co-op mode like? Have you found any glitches no one knows about yet? We want to know it all!

most amazing online play ever.
I think the maps are too big and weapons and perks list a little bit complicated, apart from that is a good game but still prefer COD4 online !!!!
Bought COD-Modern warfare 2 PC at midnight; Game UK. Previously advertised in store at £35.0; angry to find that it cost me £39.99 [£40} instead.
Played game/normal. completed in 0.10.23.15.14. hours.
Soap kills Shephard. Price and Nikolia help Soap to Helicopter… Settle back in anticipation of hunting down remaining terrorist… Then—Then, my stomach churned as I watched in disbelief as the credits started to roll…Duh! this can’t be right, I mused. The game isn’t over yet…Surely not! To say the game is short would be an understatement … So I went to Stats. Wha— It states that CAMPAIGN is only 53% completed! So where is the other 47%?
Remember this referred to the “campaign”, and not to special ops or anything else. Fabulous game; no doubt about that; stunning graphics; believable story line and voice acting. However, to leave the gamer hanging at the end like this is unforgivable, and very cynical of the developer in my opinion… It seems that single player games these days are getting shorter an shorter… My love affair with gaming is beginning to wane.
I would appreciate it if anyone could explain what (as mentioned) the other 47% referred to!
Infinity Ward and Activision have a lot of explaing to do.
the other 47% your talking about is achieved from the hardened and veteran modes, i have just beat that game on veteran and mines at 100%. Takes way too long i was on the last level for like 20 hours.
i finish MW2 story mode in under 6hours i was playing on veteran it was not hard 4 me.
there is a care package glitch its when you ceep geting emergancy air drops and the single care package its stuped its a game for people to speek and meet new friends its not for cheaters
