According to recent reports from eonline.com, a judge has now granted singer Justin Timberlake a permanent restraining order, against his stalker Karen McNeil, who was arrested at the singer’s property back on October 22nd.
After a brief wait-and-see period for the Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Cunningham, to decide whether or not Timberlake would have to testify in person, the court finally decided that a signed declaration would be okay.

A court spokeswoman said that Timberlake had originally been ordered in, but his lawyer had argued the point, saying that it was exactly what the defendant wanted. Timberlake was said to have cooperated and submitted an affidavit.
Within the affidavit, Timberlake called McNeil an “obsessed and mentally unstable stalker,” whom the singer “does not personally know or have any relationship with.” That seemed to be good enough for Cunningham, who granted the order.
