UFC 105 Preview: Couture Vs Vera

With UFC 105 just a few days away, we have a preview to the fight that is on every UFC fan’s lips — Randy “The Natural” Couture Vs Brandon “The Truth” Vera. UFC 104 airs live Saturday, 14th November on Spike TV from the Manchester Evening News Arena in Manchester, England.

Go ahead and cancel all your weekend plans, find a place with the best sound system and television, because this main event is going to be BIG. UFC legend Randy Couture takes on the super talents of Brandon Vera.

Couture will be bringing experience, IQ, and strategy into the ring, as he aimes to replicate his success in the light heavyweight division, where he held the title twice.

Vera on the other hand will be bringing raw talent, with his mixed style of wrestling and muay Thai. He is quick on his feet and hopes his lightning quick reflexes, and desireable reach can out-do that of the experience of The Natural.

All in all, it looks as though Couture (16-10) will be facing an uphill battle against the rising star of Vera (11-3), who is well known for his high profile failures, whereas Couture is used to defying the odds. It surely will be an epic battle.
