It doesn’t look like the war between reality TV star Jon Gosselin and the TLC network, is going to end for a while yet. According to people.com, Jon has recently filed a $5 million lawsuit against the network that aired his reality show.
Jon is now claiming that the network’s representatives damaged his reputation and his career, by preventing him from working with other media outlets. He says that they contacted several media outlets, to persuade them not to deal with him.

The father of eight’s attorney Mark Heller has said that TLC’s behavior has caused Jon great anguish and financial loss. Mark also says that Jon did not have a manager or attorney there when he signed his contract for “Jon & Kate Plus 8.”
Gosselin’s lawsuit against TLC, which is a counterclaim for the one they have filed against him, also claims that the network breached its own contract with him and now owes Jon $175,000, for shows that have already been aired.
