Model and television personality Tila Tequila, who some of you may know from her reality TV show “A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila,” has filed a lawsuit against her ex, NFL star Shawne Merriman. And it appears she is letting the bruises do the talking.
According to reports from TMZ, Tila claims that Shawne, who is a linebacker for the San Diego Chargers, had a bad temper and a drug problem. She also claims that in an incident last September, he grabbed her, shook her, threw her down and chocked her.
In the recent lawsuit, Tila’s lawyer Cyrus Nownejad, included a photo gallery that showed the disparity in weight and height. The photos are also said to show some bruising on both Tila’s arms, which Tila claims is courtesy of Shawne.
