Rob Schneider radio interview makes national spotlight

Actor and comedian Rob Schneider has got a lot of people talking recently, after his recent radio interview with West Palm Beach’s Wild 95.5 morning show, made the national spotlight. According to examiner.com, the interview went a bit bad.

In fact, the interview went so bad, that it was even featured on the “Howard Stern” show this morning. Stern appeared to side with Schneider, even calling one of the radio show’s hosts a d**k head and said they were all amateurs.

It all started, when the radio show hosts Kevin, Jason and Virginia, sat down with Schneider to do an interview last Friday 13th. But unfortunately, they were 15 minutes late in interviewing Rob and he appeared to be a bit annoyed by that.

Rob may have started off his interview by joking around with the hosts, but appeared to get nasty as the time got on. Schneider then seemed to be a bit condescending to Virginia, by saying that he makes a lot more money than what she does.

I saw the video and I don’t think Rob was being rude. The radio hosts seem to be the ones with sticks up their asses. Rob was being a little un-funny but that is different than being rude. They could have easily just changed the subject (as rob requested repeatedly) but they insisted on yelling at him. I’m on Rob’s side on this one, and I’m not even a fan.

  2. Kevin says:

I listened to it. Rob was fine, being a comedian. I just think that crew just doesn’t get it.
It’s no mystery why they had so much trouble with other comedians in the past.

  3. Adam says:

Have to side with Rob here. The radio hosts totally missed Schneider’s humor and insisted on attacking him as the previous post stated.

  4. Rob Schneider was not being rude. These radio hosts sound ignorant, especially Virginia. Shows like this pale in comparison to the brilliance of The Howard Stern Show.

  5. Rebecca says:

I listen to their show every morning. They are great! The first couple of minutes of the interview left me with the thoughts of how i could have ever been a fan of his. Robs comments were not only rude to the hosts but to the Michael Jackson dancer that was interviewed before him. Rob is no longer a fav of mine.

  6. Rob was rude. He knew he was being interviewed by people who host to a family audience. It was unecessary for him to keep on brining up the incident in the morning where he had to wait. He was being a brat. Then he decided to offend the radio station with the whole ” I’ve got more money” line. He is a disgrace and the only reason why Howard Stern stood up for him is because Rob sucks him off.

  7. DS says:

OMG! “Howard Stern” talked about it! It must be important. I’m sure everyone was asking him about his reaction, what was it?

  8. pete says:

Listened to it… The jocks are ignorant amateurs. The epitome of bad morning radio.

  9. Huey van Iadore says:

I thought Rob was being really funny. He was providing fodder for the hosts to riff on and make an interesting show out of. That takes effort. Rob was actually working for them! Also, he was being ironic. The hosts didn’t understand what was going on, and it seemed beyond their capacity to appreciate what Rob was doing for them.

The hosts have a serious irony deficiency. They probably get their definition of irony out of the context of an Alanis Morrisette song.

Rob Was fine. HE A COMEDIAN! That Radio show was lame and the hosts were horrible.
