Buffalo Bills Chris Spielman’s Wife, Stefanie Dies of Cancer

According to reports from lalate.com, Stefanie Spielman, who some of you may know is the wife of former Buffalo Bills player and ESPN analyst Chris Spielman, has recently died of breast cancer, at the age of 42.

Chris Spielman was said to have issued a statement to WBNS radio recently, saying “Stefanie has gone home to be with the Lord.” Stefanie first learned she had breast cancer, when she was only 30 years old.

Stefanie battled five recurrences of the disease, the last being in March this year. Chris was playing for the Bills as a linebacker, when he decided to take a year off of football, so he could assist his wife Stefanie.
