Erin Andrews Accused Stalker Pleads Not Guilty

It has been a fair few months now, since we first reported the news about Erin Andrews’ peephole video drama. And it looks like the rivalry between Erin and her accused stalker Michael David Barrett, is far from over.

According to reports from eonline.com, Michael Barrett, who was the man that supposedly attempted to sell nude footage of the ESPN reporter, recently pleaded not guilty in Los Angeles, to a federal charge of interstate stalking.

The trial has been scheduled for January 12th, 2010, before United States District Judge Manuel Real. It was only last week that evidence was shown, to reveal that 47-year old Michael had followed Erin to numerous locations.
