Donny Osmond: pain was worth the win on Dancing with the Stars

Donny Osmond spoke to EW.com before he jumped on a plane to appear on Good Morning America to talk about his win, how much his body aches, and how he plans to torture Sister Marie with his shiny new trophy.

EW: asked did you think you would win? In which the star replied “You always hope you can win, Kelly was the fans favourite, but Mya was the better dancer. I was worried; I didn’t know what was going to happen. When Tom called our names, it was a dream come true.

Donny went on to talk about how the freestyle dance, helped them win the competition, and how they took the chance with gimmicks and as there was no rules they just went for it. When asked about his old age Donny replied “I am the oldest recipient to receive the mirror ball trophy. I’m almost 52. And I’m not trying to hide it either.”
