The Indian and Sri Lankan cricket teams took to the field in Kanpur again today, for the third day of the second test. And thanks to an excellent bowling performance from Shanthakumuran Sreesanth, India could well be facing a victory.
According to reuters.com, Sri Lanka was 57 for four wickets in their second innings, and was trailing by 356 runs. Sreesanth, who was playing his first Test since April of 2008, managed to claim five first innings wickets for India.

The home side then managed to pick up the wickets of Tharanga Paranavitna, Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara, as Sri Lanka finished their third day on 57 for four ans still 356 runs behind India’s first innings score.
