Xbox 360: Avatar Marketplace releases pets

Microsoft are set to go down a strange route, and add a bit of novelty to your Xbox account by adding Avatar ‘pets’ to the Avatar Marketplace for the Xbox 360 tomorrow.
The pets of course are not free, and will cost 240 Microsoft Points each, which is the equivalent to £2.10.

Aceybongos, a fluent Xbox live community member and blogger, posted on his Twitter that the pets would be available for download tomorrow, and that the pets are of a fluffy/feathery/scaly type.

The pets will be animated, and include a Large Dog, Pug Dog, Dog in Bag, Cat, Siamese Cat, Long Haired Cat, Goldfish, Guinea Pig, Pony, Monkey, Bird and a Snake.
