When the Beatles broke up back in 1970, there was a bit of friction between bandmates John Lennon and Paul McCartney. The friends fell out and even began swapping insults, on their post-Beatles tracks “How Do You Sleep” and “Too Many People.”
But according to reports from digitalspy.co.uk, when speaking to The Times recently, Paul McCartney admitted that he and ex-Beatles bandmate John Lennon had actually settled their differences before John was murdered back in 1980.

Paul McCartney spoke to The Times about “Here Today,” which is a song that was written shortly after Lennon’s death. Paul admits that it did get a bit sticky between them after The Beatles, but he says that they became really good mates again.
