Friday Night Lights Season 4: Episode 6, ‘Stay’ Recap

We are into the fourth season of “Friday Night Lights” now and last night saw another episode air. And according to latimesblogs.latimes.com, the show bid a fond farewell to another of its regulars, in Zack Gilford’s character Matt Saracen.

In last night’s episode, Matt’s girlfriend Julie realized that she is keeping Matt from a career and money, so he asked her if she even wanted him to stay in Dillon. She does, but she just broke down and shouted “I Love You” over and over.

Matt then decided to get on with his life and the episode ended, with him hitting the road. And after having a reunion with Lyla, Riggins made a plea for her to give up college and work with him and his brother, but she doesn’t entertain the idea.
