Jessica Simpson and Billy Corgan Dating, But Taking Things Slow

A source that is close to pop star Jessica Simpson has recently revealed that Jessica and Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan, have indeed started dating. But according to reports from people.com, the two are taking things slow.

Last Friday, 29-year old Simpson and 42-year old Corgan were spotted together in New York City. She had apparently been in town earlier in the week, for her sister Ashlee Simpson-Wentz’s Broadway debut in the musical “Chicago.”

It may just be Corgan’s spirituality that appeals to Jessica. On September 11th, Simpson, whose father Joe is a former pastor, took to her Twitter account and posted “My Friend Billy Corgan, has a pure and enlightening outlook on faith.”
