The legal battle between reality TV star Jon Gosselin and the TLC network, has been going on for quite a while now. But according to reports from radaronline.com, it all came to an end today, when TLC won the legal battle against Jon.
TLC were said to have asked for a preliminary injunction against the reality TV father of eight, claiming that he had breached their contract as well as the exclusivity and confidentiality agreements tied to “Jon and Kate Plus 8.”
Jon had been expected to be questioned under oath today, regarding his outside income, statements about the network and more, but unfortunately he wasn’t present at the proceedings at the Maryland Circuit Court.
Edward Sabin, who is TLC’s Chief Operating Officer, called Gosselin’s behaviour embarrassing not only to the network, but for the show as well. They then pointed to an August appearance he made at a pool party, in Las Vegas.
