According to recent reports from dailymail.co.uk, ‘X Factor’ judge Dannii Minogue has recently hinted that she wants to quit the ITV show, to start a family. That has apparently prompted Simon Cowell to secretly line up ex-Spice Girl Mel B, to replace Dannii.
The 34-year old singer, whose real name is Melanie Brown, is said to be in talks with ITV bosses at the moment, to possibly take over from Dannii on the show next year. Former Destiny’s Child singer Kelly Rowland is also being considered as a replacement.
38-year old Dannii is believed to have told Simon that she may not return next year, after publically speaking of her boyfriend Kris Smith’s desire to start a family. A source has said that Simon thinks Mel B would be great as a judge on the show, as she is outspoken.
