Notts County F.C. Manager Hans Backe Quits After 9 Games

It looks like Sven-Goran Eriksson’s future at the Notts County F.C., is looking increasingly insecure, after the team’s manager Hans Backe resigned from the club recently. Backe had only been in charge of the team for just nine games.

According to reports from guardian.co.uk, Backe is believed to have told the players that he felt his position was no longer tenable, following the recent change in ownership after chief executive Peter Trembling brought the club.

Backe had only signed a three-year contract just seven weeks ago, when he was brought in as Ian McParland’s successor by the club’s Director of Football Sven-Goran Erriksson. Dave Kevan will take charge of next Monday’s league visit.
