Randy and Evi Quaid miss yet another court date

When Randy and Evi Quaid posted bond last month, it looked like the couple would finally make it to a Santa Barbara courthouse, to face the felony charges that relate to them allegedly skipping out on a $10,000 hotel bill.

But according to people.com, their December 15th court date came and went on Tuesday, without any sign of Randy or Evi. When it became clear that the Quaids would not be there, the judge set a new bail at $40,000 each.

The judge was also said to have ordered arrest warrants to be issued. The new bail requirement is on top of the $40,000 bond that the Quaids posted last month, which they have now apparently forfeited by not attending.
