Saturday Night Live: James Franco Delivers as Host

Actor James Franco, who is maybe best known for his role in the “Spider-Man” movies and more recently on “General Hospital”, took his turn at hosting duties on last night’s episode of “Saturday Night Live.” And according to zap2it.com, he definitely delivered.

During the episode, which was the last “SNL” of 2009, he not only poked fun at his own TMZ photo, but he also showcased his dancing and singing abilities. And he wasn’t afraid to put on a pair of footie pyjamas for a kids show spoof called “Twizzle Wizzle Show.”

One of the skits that featured on last night’s show saw him as a member of an overly affectionate family, and included Franco locking lips with “Saturday Night Live” cast members. Another of the skits saw Franco impersonate the late great actor James Dean.
