Kate Hudson Throws Star-Studded Christmas Bash Minus A-Rod

Actress Kate Hudson is well known in the world of celebrity, for hosting her annual Halloween parties. And now it looks like she has possibly extended that tradition to Christmas, when she threw a star-studded holiday bash on Friday night.

While the party was as star-studded as it normally gets, there was one person clearly missing – Kate’s former boyfriend and New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez, who according to people.com has been spending most of his time at home since they split.

The 30-year old “Nine” star made sure that all her celebrity guests, which included Kate Beckinsale, Toby Maguire, Jason Staham, Fergie and Josh Duhamel and of course Hudson’s parents, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, were having a great time.
