Rage Against X Factor 2009: Was the right winner chosen for Christmas Number One?

Following on from the capture of this year’s Christmas Number One by Rage Against The Machine, we would like to ask you if you think they are worthy winners, or do you think that Joe McElderry should of won yesterday?

Just in case you are yet to hear the news, RATM’s ‘Killing in the name’ beat the X-Factor winner’s version of ‘The Climb’ by 50,000 copies to be crowned Christmas Number One this year in the UK.

Of course, the public is divided on whether this was a good move for the music industry or not. While some of you will be pleased that an Simon Cowell-powered X-Factor song is not Number One this year, others think that McElderry was robbed of the No.1 hit, something that many of you feel he deserves.
