Giants’ Hakeem Nicks Suffers Injury in Team’s 45-12 Victory

Despite the fact that they were two players down due to injuries, the New York Giants still went on to pull an impressive 45-12 victory over the Washington Redskins in last night’s Monday Night Football game.

Wide receiver Hakeem Nicks was one of the players to receive an injury, with Rich Seubert being the second. According to gather.com, Nicks’ injury occurred late in the first half of the game, and was announced as a hamstring injury.

Hakeem had already gained 45 yards on a pass play, where he ran to gain the extra yardage. But despite Nicks’ injury, the Giants still managed to maintain a 24-0 lead. It was earlier in the half, that Seubert injured his knee.
