LeAnn Rimes and Deane Sheremet Reach Confidential Divorce Settlement

Singer and actress LeAnn Rimes and her soon-to-be ex husband Deane Sheremet, are believed to have agreed to a confidential divorce settlement according to Los Angeles court records. This came on the same day last week, as Deane filed for a divorce from Rimes.

The document apparently says that the settlement will not be filed in the proceeding, due to the parties’ mutual desire to maintain their respective rights to privacy. The settlement presumably will divide their cash, property and other such valuables.

Their almost 8-year marriage crumbled, after Rimes began a relationship with “CSI” actor Eddie Cibrian, who was in fact married to Brandi Glanville at the time. According to reports at people.com, Eddie Cibrian and Brandi Glanville are also divorcing.
