The New York Giants bid farewell to their stadium last night, in their final regular-season game at the Giants Stadium. And according to nytimes.com, the stadium wasn’t the only thing they bid farewell to either – they also bid farewell to the NFL Playoffs.
Yesterday’s game against the Carolina Panthers, was supposed to be a chance in which the Giants gave their fans one last great moment at the Giants Stadium. But in fact, it just turned out to be a humiliating 41-9 loss for the Giants instead.

A few hours later, the Giants were officially eliminated from the NFL playoffs when Dallas defeated Washington 17-0. The New York Giants trailed by a disappointing 24-0 at halftime and after three quarters of the game, they were trailing by 34-3.
