Brooke Mueller, who is the wife of “two and a Half Men” actor Charlie Sheen, has decided she wants an order that protects her from her husband modified, so she can try to save their marriage, according to recent reports from nypost.com.
According to tmz.com, Yale Galanter, who is the attorney for Mueller, called the recent dispute between Brooke and Charlie on Christmas day “one bad night.” Brooke is filing papers today in an Aspen court, to modify the protective order.

Reports also say that Mueller has now apparently told the cops a slightly softer version of the events that happened on Christmas Day. Yale says that it is the kind of thing many women do in the situation, when they realize the husbands can go to jail.
