It looks like Marshawn Lynch, who is a star running back for the Buffalo Bills, is in for another long off-season. According to tmz.com, Lynch is being sued by the woman that he ran over during an alleged drunken hit-and-run incident that happened back in 2008.
In the lawsuit, which was recently filed in Erie County Court, the victim, Kimberley Scpeley claims that Lynch had been drinking when he got behind the wheel of his Porsche Cayenne in Buffalo on May 31st, 2008 and hit her while she was trying to cross the street.

Lynch was investigated for the incident at the time, and apparently reached a deal with prosecutors that kept him out of jail although he did have to pay a $100 fine. But now the victim is claiming an unspecified amount of money for personal injuries she suffered.
