Dallas Cowboys vs. Philadelphia Eagles Score and Recap

The Dallas Cowboys took on the likes of the Philadelphia Eagles in another Sunday football game yesterday. And for those fans who were hoping to see another tight NFC East battle with a lot on the line, then the Cowboys Stadium wasn’t the place to be yesterday.

Not only did the Cowboys secure a home playoff game next Saturday night with their 24-0 win on Sunday afternoon, but they also embarrassed the Eagles team, who according to recent reports from espn.go.com, had won its previous six games.

The Dallas Cowboys was a team that has spent the past 13 seasons fading down the stretch, but after their amazing 24-0 victory against the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, they should now be heading into the playoffs as the most confident team.

Dallas running back Marion Barber managed three carries for 58 yards on his first possession of the game. By the second quarter, the Eagles were already trailing by 14-0. Miles Austin and Patrick Crayton combined for 189 yards and a touchdown.
