Saturday Night Live 2010 Recap: Charles Barkley and Alicia Keys

Last night, saw the very first episode of 2010 of “Saturday Night Live.” And according to nbcsandiego.com, they welcomed in the new decade with NBA star Charles Barkley and R&B diva Alicia Keys, in hosting duties.

Barkley, who hosted the show back in 1993 alongside musical guest Nirvana, had a few bit parts in “Saturday Night Live” sketches both old and new, in last night’s episode of the popular show. He even appeared as Alicia Keys.

For this sketch, which was actually aired before the show during NBC’s NFL Playoff coverage, he sported a curly wig and a tight dress. He also took a turn at making fun of himself, in a skit about getting help for his golf swing.

Alicia Keys, who hosted the show back in 2001 alongside actress Reese Witherspoon, also had a chance to take a turn on the “Saturday Night Live” comedy circuit. She joined Andy Samberg, for a “Booty Call” digital short.
