There has been quite a bit of speculation recently, as to the future of “The Jay Leno Show.” And now, it appears that the rumors have been confirmed by Jeff Gaspin, who is the chairman of NBC Universal Entertainment.
According to people.com, Jeff made the announcement on Sunday that starting from February 12th, “The Jay Leno Show” will no longer air at 10:00 pm. But the network hopes to keep Jay Leno’s show for the 11:35 pm slot.

Gaspin admitted that “The Jay Leno Show” didn’t meet affiliate needs, but said that through it all, both O’Brien and Leno have been incredibly gracious and professional about it. Conan O’Brien will follow Leno at 12:05 pm.
