When “Two and a Half Men” actor Charlie Sheen appears in court for his hearing, he has requested that there be no TV cameras. According to news.bbc.co.uk, a lawyer for the actor filed the papers in Pitkin District Court recently.
The motion claims that 44-year old Sheen, who was arrested on Christmas Day on suspicion of assault, menacing and criminal mischief, wants to preserve his wife Brooke Mueller’s privacy and protect his right to a fair trial.

Mueller told police that Charlie had threatened to kill her during a row, after she had told him that she wanted a divorce. But since the incident Christmas Day, lawyers for both parties are saying that they are still very much in love.
Arrest papers from Christmas Day, quote Mueller as saying that Sheen held her down on the bed, held a knife to her throat and said that if she told anybody, he’d kill her. Sheen of course denies threatening Brooke with a knife.
