Haiti News: Rush Limbaugh’s argument with aid relief

You can almost always guarantee that when there is something that shouldn’t really be said, it will be said anyway and normally by controversial American radio show host Rush Limbaugh. And that is exactly what has happened recently.

First we had Rev. Pat Robertson, who says that the only reason why Haiti was hit with such a massive and devastating earthquake at the beginning of the week was because the people made a pact with the devil, and now Limbaugh has commented.

Haiti News: Rush Limbaugh’s argument with aid relief

And according to latimes.com, Rush Limbaugh’s comments were aimed towards the relief efforts that are now being undertaken. Limbaugh suggested on-air, that people don’t need to donate money to the Haiti earthquake relief.

While talking efforts to a caller on his radio show, Limbaugh reportedly said that all helping out will do is get people on President Obama’s campaign e-mail list. He then said that people have already donated – it’s called US income tax.

To Rush you should have been kept in the hospital. It would have been better for you and us hearing your comments. I am exasperated by people like you. No life nothing better to do. You should have known that we Haitian are the ones keeping the US on going because white asswholes like you are pretty lazy that most of your times are spent behind a television retaining water and fat all up your ass.
I am so pissed and angry that people like you get to sit behind the radio station hurting others feelings. Keep your damn ass tax money who needs it from you anyway. I don’t recall coming to your station asking you to help my country. Shut your prejudice and racist mouth and find something better to talk about.

Rush Limbaugh never suggested people not give to aid relief for Haiti. In fact, he stated that it was the Lord’s work being done by charities and relief workers.
Rush was speaking in the broader context of how we address global poverty. Chariatable contributions, whether from state governments or private organizations, have done little to pull impoverished nations from the grip of greedy dictators and corrupt government institutions.

What concerns me the most about all this is that This dope addled hate filled soul,Limbaugh, has a radio show at all..

This, in my opinion, speaks poorly for or country..

    Oh well.

Amen Theo. Why do we need to give more of our money to the government. They already have taken our money, our kids money and our grand kids money. Why would we trust a bunch of liars and an administration that promised to be transparent and is making deals and bribes behind closed doors and not following what the people want.
In Haiti there are plenty of Christian and other church organizations helping who have been on the ground there for many years. Rush is suggesting that we give our money wisely to organizations who have been there and know the people and their needs based on their culture. Giving your money to Samaritans purse, World Vision or the Salvation Army will enable you to be sure your money gets to the people of Haiti, better than trusting the liars we have in the White house and congress right now.

When you spew HATE because you don’t agree with someone’s politics or religion, that makes YOU the HATEMONGER. You’re just SELF-PROJECTING. What’s really scary is I see UK and Eurobots screaming to SILENCE others and how Americans have TOO MUCH FREEDOM of SPEECH. I HOPE you’re just jealous of our freedoms, because if you’re really serious, you’re either clinically insane and need hospitalization for the safety of yourself and others, or may be illegitimate WWII offspring of German Nazis or Italian Facists because THATS HOW YOU’RE ACTING, FOOLS!
