Rob Lowe: Brothers and Sisters role is coming to an end

If you are a fan of the popular ABC drama series “Brothers & Sisters,” then we may just have a bit of bad news for you. According to a recent report at actressarchives.com, Rob, who plays Robert McCallister in the show, has decided to leave.

And the reason behind Rob quitting the show is that ABC is reportedly in talks with him, to give him his own show. And obviously, Lowe is all too pleased to go along with them and take them up on it. No more details are known about it at the moment.

According to insiders, the producers of “Brothers & Sisters” have been talking about killing off one of the show’s main characters for some time now, including Calista Flockhart, Sally Field and Rachel Griffiths. Rob says he doesn’t mind being written off.

ABC have recently released a statement confirming the news, saying that they would like to keep Rob at ABC, and say they feel he should be anchoring his own franchise. They also confirmed that they are currently in talks. So watch this space guys.
