As many of you will be aware, the 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards too place on Saturday evening. And as normal, the stars of both television and film were out in full force at the event, to receive their well deserved awards.
So let’s now take a look at some of this year’s big winners, which according to examiner.com included Jeff Bridges, who won the award for outstanding performance by a male actor in a leading role for his part in the movie “Crazy Heart.”
The award for outstanding performance by a female actor in a leading role went to Sandra Bullock, for her role in “The Blind Side,” while the lifetime achievement award was given to Betty White, who some may remember from “The Golden Girls.”
And as for the red carpet, there were a few stars that stood out amongst the rest. Penelope Cruz chose a black outfit, Kate Hudson went with white and Nicole Kidman, arrived in a mosaic-tile-inspired strapless gown.
