Brittany Murphy’s Husband to Sue Warner Bros Studio Over Death

According to a recent report at smh.com.au, Simon Monjack, who is the husband of the late actress Brittany Murphy, is suing the Warner Brothers studio over Brittany’s tragic death last year, claiming that the studio is to blame.

Monjack says that Warner Bros. are to blame for 32-year old Brittany dying from a cardiac arrest in December 2009, because just two weeks before she sadly passed away, they had fired her from the sequel to the hit animation film “Happy Feet.”

The late actress’s widower said that they killed Brittany, because she was devastated. He described himself as tough, and says that he litigates when someone does something wrong to me and that’s why he makes enemies.

Simon, who married Murphy back in May 2007, also claims that Brittany had lost out on a lot of roles, because of rumors that had surfaced that suggested she was a drug user, even though she had never touched illegal substances.
