All Lovey-Dovey: Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt

There have been quite a few rumors recently, which have suggested that Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were on the verge of a £205 million split. But if we go by their recent behavior, then that’s maybe not the case.

According to a recent report over at mirror.co.uk, the couple appeared to be all lovey-dovey with each other when they both attended the Directors Guild of America Awards, which took place this weekend just gone in Los Angeles.

46-year old Brad, who was in fact there to introduce “Inglourious Basterds” director Quentin Tarantino, appeared to play the gentlemanly companion to Angelina Jolie, who was actually a surprise guest at the night’s event.

He was seen pulling out a chair for 34-year old Angelina, and was then spotted affectionately stroking her back while he was chatting to her at the table, which they were sharing with Tarantino and other colleagues from the award-nominated movie.

Their loving appearance is definitely in stark contrast to the recent reports that they were on the verge of a split and that the two had signed legal papers in preparation of going their separate ways, as well as joint custody of their six children.
