Grammy Awards 2010: Kings of Leon wins ‘Record of the Year’

Last night was not only a great night for stars of the music industry, but it was also a great night for music fans, when the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards took place which honors the outstanding achievements of those in the world of music.

And one of the acts that came out lucky at last night’s event, which was held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, was rock band Kings of Leon. According to a report at, they took home the award for Record of the Year.

The song that won them the Record of the Year award was in fact “Use Somebody,” which I must admit is a great song. When giving a speech, lead singer Caleb Followill said that they were all a little drunk, but said that they were happy drunks.

Caleb was dressed in a custom-tailored grey three-piece suit and dress shirt, which were all said to be by Burberry, while his girlfriend Lily Aldridge was seen wearing a Burberry trench coat, over a Philip Lim 3.1 dress. You can read more and see pictures here.
