Top Super Bowl Commercials of 2010: Your Thoughts

As most of you will know, the 2010 Super Bowl game took place yesterday and along with the all important game, was the 2010 Super Bowl commercials. And there definitely were some good ones during this year’s Super Bowl game.

And we thought that we would bring you some of the top commercials from this year’s Super Bowl, which includes adverts for Bud Light, Snickers, Bridgestone and Audi. And I must admit, some of them are funny.

Top Super Bowl Commercials of 2010: Your Thoughts

Let’s start with the Bud Light ad, which featured a house made purely of Bud Light bottles. And the best line of the whole commercial had to be when someone said “There’s a Bud Light in the refrigerator made of Bud Light!”

Then there is the Volkswagen “punchdub” ad, where people hit each other every time they see a Volkswagen car. You not only see a cop hitting his partner when he sees a VW car, but you also see an Amish guy do the same.

Another great ad is the Snickers one, which features good old Betty White from “The Golden Girls,” playing football. Only when someone gives her a Snickers chocolate bar, it isn’t Betty White anymore but a guy instead.

And finally, I have to mention the Audi ad, which features the environment-friendly Green Police. This has to be my all-time favorite, especially when the Green Police surround a guy’s house because he was going to throw away his rind.

The Audi 2010 (that car) Super Bowl commercial that depicted a “green” police state is an insult. It is not even funny considering the recent events that have led to the erosion of American’s personal liberties.

I have not had a desire to own “that car”; however, considering the tone of “that car’s” recent commercial, I can say with 100 percent certainty that I will NEVER EVEN CONSIDER buying “that car”!

I will communicate this opinion to people I meet during the course of my business and will be sure “that car” maker’s attitude toward their potential customers is known.
